Emotional Overeating


Ideas for when you are on the verge of stress or emotional overeating.


  • Do a beauty mask
  • Do your nails
  • Throw your garbage
  • Do 5-10 deep breathing exercises
  • Look at your face (not body)in the mirror and say it's beautiful
  • Read a book for at least 15 minutes
  • Go up and down the stairs for as many times as the half number of your age
  • Color at your anti-stress coloring book 
  • Put a relaxing playlist and dance your stress out
